It was near 50 degrees in the Valley and a clear day. It cooled off quick up on the mountain after the sun went down. We had most of the cousins up there skiing. Kaitlyn did great. She still has the 'edgie-wedgie' on. For you ladies out there, the edgie-wedgie has nothing to do with underwear; it's to hold the ski tips together. Ashley and Megan don't need to use those anymore. I got a few pictures of Megan and Kaitlyn, but I couldn't ever find Ashley because she was up and down that mountain so fast. We had a fun night. Here's a clip of Kaitlyn skiing.

More Band Hero

I know I do a lot of the Guitar/Band Hero posts, but the girls love it and now Britney likes to jam.

American Girl Doll Store and Disneyland

As mentioned in the last post, the girls went last weekend to the American Girl Doll store and Disneyland. They had a great time. They went with Grandma Miller, Aunt Tiff, and Alexandra. This was their Christmas present from us. Kaitlyn, Britney, and I survived on our own.

The American Girl Trip is this Weekend

For any of you Relief Society sisters monitoring my blog, Tara, Ashley, and Megan will be in Los Angeles this weekend to visit the American Girl Doll store and Disneyland. I will be in need of some dinner support. Be aware that I also have a few little mouths to feed as well. It's a dark and scary time for me when I'm fully in charge of keeping the girls alive. Remember, "Charity Never Faileth."

Yes, those are cornish game hens. When I'm in charge of dinner, I choose something out of the ordinary. I spared them the duck dish I was prepared to make. The girls loved it. They said the hens looked like the turkey on Mickey Mouse's Christmas Carol. Tara said they looked sick, so I had to remind her that they are a smaller version of the Costco chicken she buys every week. The girls loved the little mini chicken legs. It was actually really good. And for dessert we had chinese mango pudding courtesy of Aunt Edon.
