I don't know why I like this public service announcement, but I do. May be it's because I have cute little girls or may be it's because I drive around all day in a car and am nearly in an accident every week because of psycho Utah drivers. Enjoy.

Across America, Ashley's Play

Ashley is in a Broadway Kids production called Across America. She has had a blast practicing and performing in this play. Broadway Kids is kind of an introduction to theatre and it has been great for her. Megan regrets not trying out, but is committed to try out for next year's play. I went postal as the mailman for Ashley weekend performance. I nailed it! Below are Ashley's neighborhood friends that were in the production as well. We showed up early to the theatre (English spelling) this morning, 5:30am, because Big Buddha and Fox 13 News were their to show the kids. The Crap that Happens When Dave is In-Charge

Megan put this gel/playdough stuff in her hair tonight. Of course it happened while Tara was gone and I was watching the kids (or as I call it, "babysitting"). Then when Tara gets home I have to be lectured on how I wasn't watching the kids, etc. Seriously, that's why Dads belong at work. Right now I'm walking around the house to see if Britney somehow got a hold of a marker and colored on the walls. I smell smoke. Gotta go!!!

Easter Weekend

These girls love Easter time. This is Britney's first Easter that she participated in. She didn't really get it until she discovered Hersey's Kisses in the eggs, then she hustled to gather more. Some the eggs are filled with candy, some with cash, and some with a note the names a prize. The girls open the eggs after they have all been found to discover what their prizes are.

We hid the eggs a lot better this year, except for Britney's. The girls don't even know to look behind the cushions. We made sure to give them some Easter Egg finding tips as they looked.
